Lesson Duration, Late Arrivals, and Expiration Terms
If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. Teachers are not obligated to extend the lesson or compensate for the lost time. All lessons expire twelve (12) months after the date of purchase.

- Cancellation & Rescheduling
Policy on Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your lesson up to twenty-four (24) hours before the lesson is due to start. You will be charged for the full cost of the lesson if you cancel or reschedule with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice or if you fail to show up. No refunds or reinstatements for late-cancelled or missed lessons.

Teacher Availability, Continuity, and Matching
We ensure a tailored match between you and a music teacher based on your needs. If you’re dissatisfied or if your teacher is unavailable, we’ll facilitate a seamless transition to another qualified instructor.

Non-Solicitation and Official Payment Channels
Our teachers are contracted to provide lessons and mentorship exclusively through Note Music Lessons. Solicitation of additional services or private engagements outside of Note Music Lessons is strictly prohibited. All payments must be processed through our official payment channels.
